Fees

The following is a list of fees for services or permits:

Zoning Fees      $35.00

Building permits are based on construction valuation using SBCCI building valuation data for construction type and use of building. Fees are calculated using this valuation multiplied by .0075 (three quarters of one percent).

Plan review fees are based on the building permit fee and are calculated as follows. Building permit fee multiplied by .10 (ten per cent).

Re-inspection fees range from $15.00 to $25.00
